Prices 2012 & 2013

We always try to keep our accommodation as affordable as possible. We include many things which would be charged as extras elsewhere - take a look at what’s included! So, whether you are a here for just a week or two, or can stay longer, you will be able to spend more of your money on the other luxuries available in Exuma!

We do not have fixed check in days, as guests arrive from all over the world, which means you can arrive any day of the week. Please email us to check on availability.

We accept payment in GB Pounds, US Dollars; we take debit  / Credit cards or Paypal payments.

Prices include electricity (see note below), linen and towels, cleaning before and after your stay.

Electricity Supplement

Our inclusive prices below include $100 towards electricity per week, which will provide adequate levels of hot water, air conditioning etc. Any electrical usage  above this amount will be charged at cost price and deducted from the deposit made at the time of arrival.

Mobile/Cell Phone

We have available for rent a basic cell/mobile phone (pay as you go), at a cost of $25 per stay; the price excludes top ups, which can be bought at most shops. The phone is useful to make local calls for restaurants, taxis etc. In case of non-return, there will be a deduction of $50 from the deposit. If you wish to book a phone, please indicate it on the booking form or advise us in advance of your arrival.

Each Apartment (2 double bedrooms) per week:

Christmas / New Year: US$ 1500 per week

Rest of Year Round: US$ 1250 per week
